- Providing technical advice and support to employees on IT application-related topics
- Handling IT requests and trouble tickets via our ticket system (Jira Service Management) and by phone
- Analysis, prioritization, and troubleshooting of technical issues, including complete documentation in the ticket system
- Development and implementation of solutions via remote access, on‑site, or through collaboration with other IT departments
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with HR and line departments (managing user accounts, access rights, and the issuance and return of IT hardware) as well as User and permission management in both Microsoft and SAP environments, as well as management of mobile devices (iOS) using MDM
- Inventory and order management for hardware and software, as well as the maintenance and implementation of IT asset management (inventory, lifecycle management)
- Equipping the workstations in the company and ensuring the functionality of the hardware and software components used
- Management and coordination of external IT service providers, as well as active participation in IT infrastructure projects
- Successfully completed IT training, e.g. in the field of IT systems integration or comparable professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams) as well as user and permission management with Active Directory and Entra ID
- Ideally, experience in endpoint management—for example, with Microsoft Intune—as well as a basic understanding of IT security and governance
- Several years of experience in IT user support is preferred, as well as a good understanding of the workflows at the User Service Desk
- Ideally, experience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Desk, Confluence)
- Experience in SAP user administration, as well as knowledge of standards and best practices such as ITIL, is also advantageous
