Qualifikationen

Frankfurt am Main | Full-time | 12-month fixed-term contract | 1 day remote per week possible

We are supporting an international financial institution in strengthening its local IT environment in Frankfurt. To ensure smooth IT operations and continuous improvement of internal systems, we are looking for a IT Support Specialist (f/m/d).
This position offers the opportunity to work in a global setting, collaborate with international teams, and apply your technical skills in a highly professional environment.

Tasks
  • Support, coordinate, and execute local IT projects according to established standards
  • Handle 1st and 2nd level support tasks: respond to calls, create tickets, coordinate with internal departments and external service partners
  • Monitor, document, and follow up on incidents and service requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Contribute to system enhancements, release planning, documentation, testing, and business continuity/disaster recovery efforts
  • Maintain active communication with team members across different office locations
  • Provide occasional support outside standard working hours (early/late shifts, weekends, local public holidays) when required
Requirements
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Desktop, Active Directory)
  • Confident user of MS Office and common productivity applications
  • Solid understanding of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory services, file and print services
  • High willingness to continuously expand and share technical knowledge
  • Independent and team‑oriented working style
  • Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) is a plus
  • Fluent English required (min. C1!); knowledge of German is a plus
