PHOENIX Group sucht in Mannheim oder Fürth eine/n IT-Specialist Workload-Automation (m/f/d) zur Implementierung und Überwachung von Batch-Prozessen im APX Scheduling-System. Die Stelle ist verbeamtet auf unbefristete Vollzeit.

Sie arbeiten an nationalen und internationalen IT-Projekten, nutzen APX/UC4/Control-M/TWS und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle sowie Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten werden angeboten.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung/Studium als IT-Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation.
• Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skriptsprache in UNIX-, Mainframe- oder Windows-Umgebung.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eigenständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Erfahrung mit Scheduling-Systemen wie APX/UC4/Control-M oder TWS wünschenswert.
• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst (Nachtwechsel) in fester Rotation.
• Gute Business- und Englischkenntnisse, ideal auch Deutsch.

Aufgaben

• Implementierung neuer bzw. Anpassung von Batch-Prozessen in SAP, VSE, UNIX, Windows und OS400 im APX Scheduling-System.
• Erstellung und Pflege von Scripts oder JCL sowie zugehörige Dokumentation.
• Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents und Tickets in der genannten Umgebung.
• Überwachung von Jobläufen, Berichte und Bereinigung von Abbrüchen als 2nd Level in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklern und Systemingenieuren.
• Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen IT-Projekten.

In our Competence Center IT& Digital we are looking for an IT-Specialist Workload-Automation (m/f/d). This position can be filled in one of our IT locations in Mannheim and Fürth.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implementation of new and amendments of batch processes in SAP, VSE, Unix, Windows and OS400 in our APX scheduling system
• Creation and maintenance of scripts or JCL on the platforms mentioned aboveand creation of related documentation
• Processing service requests, incidents and other tickets in the environment mentioned above
• Monitoring job runs and reporting or cleaning up job aborts as 2nd level, in cooperation with business department, developers and system engineers
• Participation in various national and international IT projects

Ihr Profil

• Apprenticeship / study as IT specialist or comparable well-founded IT qualification
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting language in the UNIX, mainframe or Windows environment and the underlying system environment
• Strong analytical skills, as well as a goal-oriented and independent approach to work
• Experience with a job scheduling system such as APX, UC4, Control-M or TWS is desirable
• Participation in on-call assignments (alternatively regular night shift) in a fixed rotation
• Good business- and technical level English skills, both written and spoken, ideally German language skills
