PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG in Mannheim is seeking an Intern (m/f/d) in Performance Management for a 4–6 month duration starting in November 2026. You will work on reporting, controlling and accounting tasks across the lifecycle of contracts, and develop performance reports for commercial areas.

The role requires a B.Sc. in business/finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI and SQL/R/Python are advantages.

Qualifikationen

• Academic background with minimal requirement for B.Sc. in business administration, economics or related field with major in accounting, controlling or finance.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, incorporating written, verbal, presentation and reporting at all levels.
• Dynamic personality who is a good relationship builder, able to challenge and support colleagues from different functions in a constructive and effective manner.
• Able to prioritise complex projects and self-motivate, whilst working to strict deadlines and targets.
• Strong business knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Forward thinking with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
• Experience in working with databases and programming (SQL, R, and Python) is an advantage.
• Financial Systems knowledge and experience, preferably SAP FICO is an advantage.
