PHOENIX group in Germany seeks a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Specialty Distribution within our Commercial Business Solutions department to lead BD, sales and key account management across pan-European markets.

You will drive project planning, stakeholder alignment with local teams, and help translate requirements into scalable distribution solutions; travel is required and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant education in business administration or economics with a focus on logistics or service management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or contract logistics / supply chain.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Aufgaben

• Lead business development and key account management from BD to sales and ongoing KAM.
• Pan-European role coordinating with local country teams for service delivery and compliant distribution deals.
• Support project planning and translate customer requirements into internal models.
• Assist in pitches, negotiations and business reviews; maintain CRM with pipeline and deals.

For our Commercial Business Solutions department we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Specialty Distribution.

Your Tasks

• The role would entail business development and key account management, starting from BD, sales and ongoing KAM.
• Pan-EU role, working with all of our local country teams
• A lot of variety: support a variety of different projects from optimization of existing processes to the integration of agreed distribution deals and solutions, to the expansion of our range of services.
• Efficient project planning, incl. definition and analysis of customer requirements.
• Effective stakeholder management: working collaboratively with local country teams to ensure service delivery, compliance in implementing agreed distribution deals and solutions.
• Translate customer requirements to internal business models, support in compiling pan-European / multi-market tender responses.
• Assist in preparing and conducting pitch presentations, negotiations, business reviews.
• Maintain and update internal CRM database, incl. target customer pipeline, deals won / lost, feedback from both local teams and external partners.

Your Profile

• Relevant education in the field of business administration, economics with a focus on logistics, supply chain or service management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare industry, contract logistics / supply chain management (extended knowledge in Biopharma would be of benefit)
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent spoken and written English
