Job summary

Gulp AG sucht eine/n IT-Spezialisten/in zur direkten Festanstellung am Standort Münsterland. Sie administrieren und entwickeln die M365-Plattform weiter, entwerfen Lösungen mit Power Apps und Power Automate und analysieren Geschäftsanforderungen für deren Umsetzung.

Sie arbeiten an Informationsarchitekturen, Berechtigungen und unterstützen Transformations- bzw. Migrationsprojekte. 2nd-Level-Support und Endbenutzerschulung runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung.
• Fundierte Praxis in der Administration und Konfiguration von Microsoft 365 sowie SharePoint Online.
• Sichere Anwendungen der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Nachweise zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift, C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.

Responsibilities

The company is an established, forward-thinking player in the region and is consistently expanding its digital infrastructure. They are seeking an expert for direct placement in a permanent position who will drive modern cloud solutions and actively shape the digital transformation. Whether you have a traditional computer science background or comparable IT qualifications, your expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment is in demand. Responsibilities include: administration and continuous development of the M365 platform; design and development of digital solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate; analysis of business requirements and their technical implementation; building and maintaining sustainable information architectures and structured document repositories; managing and optimizing complex authorization concepts; active participation in company-wide transformation and migration projects; and providing 2nd-level user support and conducting end-user training.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Berufsausbildung
