Qualifikationen

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A

IT Specialist Microsoft 365

We are looking for two IT specialists for the Information Systems Service Center in the Human Resources and Organization department. The department plays an important role in administration-wide digitalization and operates IT infrastructure and related services. A scrum team will be created for the introduction and future development of Microsoft 365.

You will work in the team as an expert in the areas of Entra-ID and Exchange Online as well as on other tasks to be completed according to the Scrum system.

Your tasks
  • Introduction and further development of Microsoft 365 at the state capital Hannover
  • Identity management and access management in the hybrid EntraID and Exchange infrastructure to minimize security risks
  • Ensuring smooth integration of Exchange and EntraID with M365 and third‑party applications
  • Error analysis and support by monitoring services and analyzing logs and events
  • Implementation of security guidelines, certificate management and monitoring to ensure compliance with data protection and IT security requirements
  • Support and maintenance of local servers and integration of online servicesMaintaining technical documentation, conducting audits and continuously improving the identity infrastructure with new features and best practices
Your profile and skills
  • An appropriate university degree (e.g. Bachelor's, Diplom (FH)), preferably in the field of business informatics or information and communication technology
  • and several years of professional experience in an administrative ICT environment (at least 2 years)

The classification is based on pay group 11 TVöD (A II 2 Annex 1 - Remuneration Ordinance (VKA)).

The full‑time positions are to be filled as soon as possible for an indefinite period of 39 hours per week. The transfer of duties is initially limited until 31.12.2026. The positions are suitable for part‑time work. We would be happy to discuss practicable working time models with you.
