Utimaco Safeware AG in Aachen is seeking an IT specialist for system integration to bridge between customers, partners, and our security solutions. You will implement tailored product integrations, work on API-based requirements, and support customers through installation, testing, rollout and production.

We value hands-on IT support experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel around 70% on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Proven communication skills in German; good English is a plus.
• Experience in IT support, consulting, or professional services is beneficial.
• Familiarity with product integrations and "as-a-service" models is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and deliver product integrations and custom solutions.
• Implement technical requirements using APIs and existing connectors.
• Provide technical consulting and on-site support during integration, installation, testing, rollout and production operations.
• Document best practices, work instructions, and guidelines for standardization.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, PreSales, Account Managers, and Solution Sales Managers to identify synergies between products.

As an IT specialist for system integration, you are the technical bridge between our customers, partners, and our solutions. You work closely with the customer, implement tailored integrations, and ensure that our products are used optimally.

What to expect:

• Development, implementation, and delivery of product integrations as well as individual solutions
• Implementation of technical requirements using existing APIs
• Technical consulting and support during integration, installation, testing, rollout, and production operation
• Documentation of best practices, work instructions, and guidelines for standardization
• Close collaboration with Solution Architects, PreSales Engineers, Account Managers, and Solution Sales Managers to identify synergies between existing and new products

Your profile

We are looking for personalities – not perfect resumes.

• Education: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Mindset: Enthusiasm for IT support security projects, technical consulting, and working with customers
• Knowhow: Understanding of product integrations and "as-a-service" models. Initial experience in IT support, development, professional services, or presales is advantageous
• Travel: approx. 70% – you enjoy being on the move and appreciate direct interaction with customers on site
• Language: Very good German skills are required, good English skills are also important
