Your tasks

• Responsibility for document management system (DMS) and connected processes
• Requirements management and system optimization
• Change and release management
• Planning, control and implementation of changes, releases and deployments in accordance with the change management process
• Test and rollout support
• Participation in implementations, rollouts and execution of UAT, integration and regression tests.
• Operation and support
• Ensuring daily operations and 2nd level support for system and process-related issues.
• Service provider management and documentation
• Coordination of external partners incl. SLA / OLA monitoring and maintenance of service catalogs and operational documentation.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, document management / administration or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in IT application management, ideally with a focus on DMS / ECM systems
• Good knowledge of archiving, metadata management, workflow design and authorization models
• ITIL knowledge (v3 / v4) and experience in operational service management
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, GoBD, ISO 27001)
• Confident handling of MS 365, Jira, Power BI and documentation tools
• You are characterized by your strong communication skills and analytical, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills round off your profile
