Zusammenfassung

Klüber Lubrication München GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an IT Service Lead for Backup Management on-premises and in the cloud.

You will own global backup services (on-prem, Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID) and shape their strategic development across hybrid IT environments. In this role you will design modern backup architectures, monitor incidents, ensure secure and highly available operations, and strengthen cyber resilience with encryption and recovery planning.

Qualifikationen

• Profound experience in enterprise IT infrastructure with backup and recovery.
• Expertise in Commvault and Veeam in enterprise environments; certification preferred.
• Experience with Backup for Azure, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID.
• Knowledge of file system management (on-prem & cloud) and data availability.
• Strong understanding of cyber security, ransomware protection, and compliance.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with ownership.
• Strong English communication skills and global stakeholder experience.
