Zusammenfassung

Eine Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften in Nordrhein-Westfalen sucht einen engagierten IT-Service-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung ihrer Benutzer-und Systemadministration. Sie werden für den Betrieb der zentralen Client-Management-Plattform verantwortlich sein und eng mit dem IT-Infrastrukturteam zusammenarbeiten. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Die Stelle ist vollzeit und befristet für 2 Jahre.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder verwandtem Bereich.
  • Erfahrung im Client-Management in großen Umgebungen von Vorteil.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Level) erforderlich.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Verwaltung der zentralen Client-Management-Plattform.
  • Rollen und Unterstützung der PC-Pools und Arbeitsplatzsysteme.
  • Unterstützung des Identitätsmanagementsystems (IDM) und der Benutzerkontenverwaltung.

At the earliest possible date, we are filling a temporary position in Department 5 as

IT service employee (m / f / d)

Department 5 consists of three departments: Digital Transformation, Data Center and IT Infrastructure and IT Service. SG 5.3 IT Service deals in particular with user-related topics and works closely with the Data Center and IT Infrastructure department. We are looking for applicants who can tackle the diverse tasks and extraordinary challenges at a university with a great deal of commitment and motivation and who can maintain an overview even in stressful situations.

Your tasks :
  • You will be responsible for the operation and administration of the central client management platform.
  • You will be responsible for the rollout and support of PC pools and workstation systems.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the identity management system (IDM) and user account administration.
  • You will be responsible for technical administration of the central printing systems.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the certification authority (PKI).
  • You use your expertise to manage and coordinate external service providers.
  • You will also act as a contact person for general 1st level support.
Our requirements :
  • As a basis, you have completed training in the field of computer science or a similarly suitable field for the tasks involved.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in client management, especially in large environments, is an advantage.
  • You have knowledge and expertise in the administration of Microsoft environments.
  • You have sound experience with the client operating systems Windows and Linux, experience with Mac OSX is an additional advantage.
  • You have a structured, independent and conscientious way of working.
  • You are characterized by your ability to communicate and work in a team, loyalty and analytical thinking.
  • In addition, you must be committed and willing to adapt your working hours flexibly to university operations.
  • Your profile is rounded off by very good written and spoken German (C2 level).
General information about the position :

The place of work is either Hamm or Lippstadt. Home office arrangements are available at the university.

The full-time position, which is limited to 2 years, is to be filled as soon as possible.

Depending on the tasks assigned and fulfillment of the personal requirements, the position will be graded up to pay group 9a according to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV‑L).

In principle, positions can also be filled on a part‑time basis, provided there are no official reasons to the contrary in individual cases. The university has set itself the goal of promoting the professional future of women and expressly encourages suitably qualified women to apply. Severely disabled persons will be given priority if equally qualified.
