Your contribution as IT Service Consultant (m / f / d)

You are the link between MDR IT and the internal user areas and are the contact person for the internal trades in the operational area of activity as well as in the context of project work.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• MDR-wide, internal marketing of the IT product portfolio and coordination of the interfaces between users and IT service providers
• Advising users and determining requirements for existing and new solutions
• Technical responsibility for the operation and further development of the Unified Communication Collaboration Platform with a focus on Microsoft 365 as Product Owner
• Service provider management at 2nd level (Managed Services Partner) and 3rd level (manufacturer or other support partners)
• Active participation in relevant working groups and future collaborations within ARD

What you bring with you

• Degree in computer science or business informatics or science or in a comparable field of study or comparable professional training or comparable knowledge and skills acquired through several years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform from a user and technical perspective
• Knowledge of the Microsoft license portfolio
• Good written and spoken German language skills (C1)

Ideally, you also have the following qualifications and qualities

• Extensive experience in operating a Microsoft 365 tenant and the associated security mechanisms (certifications if applicable)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services : Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OfficeApps, Intune and Power Platform (certifications where applicable)
• practical professional experience as a product owner (m / f / d) of an IT platform or IT services
• general knowledge in the field of IP-based telecommunications technology and mobile communications
• Experience as a consultant for IT products
• Very good communication and coordination skills at all management levels as well as a personable, confident manner and presentation skills
• Very good skills in communicating technical topics to users and vice versa
