Job summary

ROSEN Group in Lingen (Ems) is seeking an IT Service Architect – Platform Engineer to design, implement and operate the developer platform on Azure Cloud, with IaC, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes/OpenShift management.

You should bring IT specialist training or CS degree, extensive Azure IaC experience, Grafana/Prometheus know-how, ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines expertise, strong Kubernetes/OpenShift background, security best practices, MongoDB knowledge, and fluent English and German.

Qualifications

• Completed IT specialist training or degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines.
• Many years of Kubernetes experience, especially OpenShift.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and their implementation.
• Experience in database administration and optimization, especially MongoDB.
• Good command of English and German.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, setup and operation of the developer platform on Azure Cloud
• Implementation and management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Setting up and maintaining monitoring solutions with Grafana and Prometheus
• Management of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with ArgoCD and Azure Pipelines
• Provision and management of Kubernetes clusters, in particular OpenShift
• Ensuring platform security through best practices and proactive measures
