KYOCERA AVX Components (Munich) GmbH is seeking an IT security professional to reinforce vulnerability management across Europe. You will operate security tools, coordinate changes with internal teams, and maintain IT systems to ensure business continuity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT and hands-on experience with Windows environments, antivirus, and endpoint security, with strong ITIL and PM know-how. Travel up to 30% across Europe is expected.

Aufgaben

• Manage and improve vulnerability management across European locations.
• Operate security and automation tools to identify, prioritize, track and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Plan and coordinate security-related changes with internal partners to ensure business continuity.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor IT systems; escalate as needed.
• Implement and troubleshoot security-related changes on Windows clients and servers.
• Ensure corporate IT security standards and policies are followed at local level.
• Collaborate with Global and Local IT teams and stakeholders to improve security.
• Manage projects, documentation and communications as part of the Global IT Operations Team.

What we are looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience: Proven experience in IT security or a comparable role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows environments, enterprise anti-virus and endpoint security solutions, as well as of networks and servers
• IT Tools & Security: Experience with patch, vulnerability and user management, software deployment, Windows PC backup solutions, and related automation tools
• ITIL & Project Management: Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and process execution, combined with project management experience
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills (written and spoken), German is a plus
• Willingness To Travel: Approx. 30% to locations across Europe

• Manage related projects, documentation, administrative tasks, and stakeholder communication as part of our international Global IT Operations Team
