Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup SA is seeking an IT Security & Identity Engineer to design and implement IAM across hybrid and cloud environments. You will manage identity lifecycle, administer Entra ID and AD, and deploy SSO, MFA, and passwordless auth.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT security with strong SAML/OIDC knowledge and scripting skills. Hybrid work model, competitive salary, and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT security, IAM or security engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory including hybrid identity.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Kerberos.
• Experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure with CA, MFA and Zero Trust.
• Scripting with PowerShell; Python or Graph API experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions.

• Perform access reviews and entitlement recertification for compliance.
• Integrate enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Participate in cloud security projects involving Azure, Microsoft 365 and Zero Trust.
• Investigate identity incidents and improve detection with Defender and SIEM.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with IT teams.
• Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Graph and Python.
• Contribute to security architecture reviews and documentation.

IT Security & Identity Engineer(m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve Identity & Access Management services across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Manage the complete identity lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) to ensure timely provisioning, modification and revocation of user access.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including authentication methods, administrative roles, groups and identity governance capabilities.
• Deploy and optimize Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access and passwordless authentication to improve both security and user experience.
• Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives to secure administrative accounts.
• Perform access reviews and entitlement recertification while supporting compliance and audit activities.
• Partner with application owners to integrate enterprise and SaaS applications using SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Participate in cloud security projects involving Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Zero Trust architecture.
• Investigate identity-related incidents, analyze Microsoft Defender and SIEM alerts and continuously improve detection capabilities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, analyze attack paths, coordinate remediation with IT teams and validate corrective actions.
• Automate operational activities through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and Python.
• Contribute to security architecture reviews, technical documentation, standards and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Security, Identity & Access Management or Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and hybrid identity architectures.
• Strong understanding of authentication and federation technologies including SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, LDAP and Kerberos.
• Experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments using Conditional Access, MFA and Zero Trust principles.
• Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell is expected. Experience with Python or Microsoft Graph API is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.267,00 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
