What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain the IT Quality Management System (QMS) for Knauf IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in IT processes by analysing quality performance metrics, conducting maturity assessments, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to establish and enforce quality standards for IT services, fostering a culture of quality awareness and accountability
- Evaluate IT quality controls and compliance measures using frameworks like COBIT, ensuring adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and contractual obligations, while providing actionable recommendations for improvement
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications, such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
Who you are
- Hold a degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, supported by relevant work experience
- Possess strong knowledge of Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) and experience in developing and maintaining IT Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Familiar with IT industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with experience in supporting certification processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and implement effective corrective actions
- Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment and accountability in quality management practices, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and German
