Your mission as a Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead key initiatives involving ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Operations, Finance, supply chain), Salesforce, customer master data, billing and invoicing, order management, and collections – working across Commercial, Finance, IT, and Customer Service functions.

What else will you be doing as Project Manager (m/f/d)
Program & Project Delivery
  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning and execution of Order to Cash improvement initiatives across the CWS Hygiene business.
  • Manage the implementation or enhancement of systems and processes related to sales order management, customer data (MDM), credit and invoicing workflows, billing accuracy, ERP (D365) integration and process harmonisation, and customer communications and portals.
  • Coordinate between Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and external vendors to deliver results.
  • Identify pain points and bottlenecks in the current O2C process and drive root‑cause resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate workshops to map current vs. future‑state processes.
  • Build strong relationships with regional and functional leads to ensure business alignment.
  • Act as a key contact for IT, external consultants, and business users across markets.
Planning & Governance
  • Develop detailed project plans, risk registers, change logs, and communications plans.
  • Track progress against KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing cycle times, order errors).
  • Manage budgets, vendor deliverables, and change requests.
Process & Change Management
  • Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Ensure change is embedded effectively with local teams through training and communication.
  • Champion adoption of harmonised O2C processes and data practices.
How do you make sure that every project is a success?

At CWS Hygiene, we believe that the right personal and cultural fit is essential. You should be highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary environment. Your profile should include:

Must‑Have
  • 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in supply chain, commercial operations, or finance functions.
  • Certification and experience in Waterfall and Hybrid.
  • Experience leading Order to Cash, Quote to Cash, or Commercial Operations process improvement or system transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills (e.g., using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Proven success delivering cross‑functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience with e‑invoicing, customer self‑service portals, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
  • Understanding of master data governance, especially customer and pricing data.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in B2B services or hygiene/manufacturing industries.
Key Competencies
  • Structured, logical thinker who can work independently.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and lead teams through change.
  • High attention to detail combined with a practical problem‑solving mindset.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
What is in it for you?
  • A competitive salary, in line with your experience and potential value add.
  • A bonus of up to 10% of your base salary, depending on individual targets and company performance.
  • Lead high‑impact transformation projects within a growing organization.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Hybrid working flexibility and collaborative work culture.
