Zusammenfassung

Avaloq in Berlin seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to independently lead IT projects from initiation to closure within an international, financial-services context. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and ensure delivery through Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall methods while engaging C-level executives and German-speaking teams.

Requirements include 5–7 years in IT project management, a relevant degree, and fluency in German.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services.
• Strong background in regulatory-driven initiatives (compliance, reporting, transformations).
• Proven track record in managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
• Excellent understanding of banking platforms (e.g., Avaloq or similar core banking systems).
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level management.
• Fluency in German at professional level.
