Responsibilities
- Act as a Product Manager for a few products and one development team
- Be a leader for the development team (5-8 people)
- Leading and being accountable for the complete product life cycle of the respective products
- Support the development team to become autonomous and self-organized
- Build and drive roadmaps for assigned products, together with Product Owner and the team
- Cooperate with other teams and stakeholders on dependencies, plan the work between your team and the others
- Focus teams on technical excellence and high quality, as well as fast delivery cycles
- Managing stakeholders across the company
- Work with managers and directors on shaping the vision of Web & Mobile solutions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in IT, Business or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Passion for Product Management and value creation
- Previous knowledge about container line or logistics business is beneficial
- Deep knowledge of requirements engineering and writing user stories
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work at our office in Hamburg 3 days/week and 2 days remote according to our policy
