Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Manager for a few products and one development team
• Be a leader for the development team (5-8 people)
• Leading and being accountable for the complete product life cycle of the respective products
• Support the development team to become autonomous and self-organized
• Build and drive roadmaps for assigned products, together with Product Owner and the team
• Cooperate with other teams and stakeholders on dependencies, plan the work between your team and the others
• Focus teams on technical excellence and high quality, as well as fast delivery cycles
• Managing stakeholders across the company
• Work with managers and directors on shaping the vision of Web & Mobile solutions

Qualifications

• Completed degree in IT, Business or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Passion for Product Management and value creation
• Previous knowledge about container line or logistics business is beneficial
• Deep knowledge of requirements engineering and writing user stories
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work at our office in Hamburg 3 days/week and 2 days remote according to our policy
