K-Recruiting GmbH sucht eine IT-Product Lead CS Management Experte (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Lifecycle-Management von SAP-Modulen und IT-Produkten. Sie steuern Anforderungen, Koordination mit Business-Architekten und Lieferanten, sowie die Umsetzung von Veränderungen und Verbesserungen.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Produktmanagement und Verständnis für Kundenserviceprozesse mit, arbeiten eng mit Solution Architects zusammen und verantworten Priorisierung sowie Lieferzeitpläne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Informationstechnologie, Informatik, Informationssysteme, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.
• Zertifizierung in agilen Methoden wünschenswert (je nach Bereich).
• Spezialisierte Erfahrung im IT-Produktmanagement oder vergleichbare Rolle.
• Gute Kenntnisse von ITIL/ITSM, Projektmanagement und Risikomanagement.

Responsibilities

• Übernahme der Lifecycle-Verantwortung für zugeordnete SAP-Module und Systeme, inklusive Änderungen, Validierung und Dokumentation.
• Tiefes Verständnis von Kundenservice- und Reparaturprozessen (Case- und Beschwerdemanagement, Serviceauftragsbearbeitung, Garantie- und Vertragsabwicklung).
• Primärer Ansprechpartner für Business-Architekten, Gestaltung der Nachfragepipeline, Lieferung von Lösungen und Verwaltung des Change-Backlogs.
• Sammeln und Priorisieren von Anforderungen, Übersetzung von Geschäftsbedürfnissen in technische Spezifikationen und Sicherstellung der Abstimmung von Geschäfts- und IT-Zielen.
• Unterstützung bei Lösungsdesign, Implementierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung in Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Enterprise Architects und Lieferanten.
• Erarbeitung von Anforderungen aus dem End-to-End-Lifecycle von IT-Produkten und Kommunikation technischer Konzepte an Stakeholder.

IT Product Lead CS Management Experte (M/F/D)

Tasks

• is responsible for owning and driving the lifecycle management of the assigned SAP modules and Systems in scope, management of all changes, validation activities including documentation, external implementation and service partners.




• must have a deep understanding of customer support and repair processes such as Case and complaint management, service order processing, warranty and contract handling, returns and repairs as well as customer interaction history.




• act as the primary point of contact for business architects (BAs), shaping the demand pipeline, delivering solutions, and managing the change backlog.




• involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment between business goals and IT capabilities.




• facilitates discussions on solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement, working closely with other technical teams (e.g. Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects) and suppliers to maximize product value.

Technical Competencies

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, deployment, and ongoing support.




• Requirements Engineering: Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for IT teams.




• Solution Architecture Awareness: Familiarity with IT architecture principles, integration patterns, and how products fit within the broader technology landscape.




• Business Intelligence & Data Analysis: Proficiency in using reporting and analytics tools to generate insights, track product performance, and inform decision-making.




• Process Optimization: Experience in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate IT processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.




• Risk & Compliance Management: Understanding of IT risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO, GDPR).




• Agile & DevOps Practices: Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps principles to facilitate iterative development and continuous delivery.




• Technical Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




• Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Experience in assessing, selecting, and managing third-party IT solutions and vendors.




• Change & Release Management: Familiarity with change management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of IT solutions

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).




• Certification in agile methodologies is, depending on the assigned area, desired (not mandatory).




• Specialized experience




• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in IT product management, business analysis, or a comparable role.




• Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, project management, and risk management.




• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.




• Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies such as SCRUM and SAFe.




• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
