Job Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing outsourcing / 3rd party providers including ICT risk management from operational side (in addition to IT Compliance & Outsourcing Function).

Ensuring that third‑party ICT service providers comply with EU Entities‑specific technical requirements and act in compliance with DORA.

Responsible for developing and managing communication protocols with different ICT service providers.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Law or equivalent.

At least 3-5 year work experience in financial services with deep knowledge in banking regulation (first experience with DORA) and procurement / outsourcing area.

Have certain projects implementation and management experience.

Possess good learning, communication and independent problem‑solving abilities.

Must be able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Fluent in German and English mandatory.

This role requires successful candidates to be based in‑person in Vienna Headquarter.
