Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing outsourcing / 3rd party providers including ICT risk management from operational side (in addition to IT Compliance & Outsourcing Function).
• Ensuring that third-party ICT service providers comply with EU Entities-specific technical requirements and act in compliance with DORA.
• Responsible for developing and managing communication protocols with different ICT service providers.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in financial services with deep knowledge in banking regulation (first experience with DORA) and procurement / outsourcing area.
• Have certain project implementation and management experience.
• Possess good learning, communication and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
• This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person in Vienna Headquarter.
