Zusammenfassung

Resaro seeks an independent IT Operations Specialist to serve as the tech backbone for EU operations. You will own Tier-1 security monitoring, identity administration, and corporate IT lifecycle across the EU region, coordinating with the Singapore team to ensure zero-latency support.

You will drive onboarding/offboarding, SaaS access management, and security policy enforcement in a fast-paced startup environment, with a focus on compliance and proactive threat mitigation.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a high-tier Helpdesk role.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting and MDM tools.
• Experience with IAM provisioning, RBAC, and identity providers (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of security monitoring, phishing triage, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 / SOC 2).
• Comfort working with Slack/Jira across time zones and enforcing security policies.

About the Role

As Resaro rapidly scales our global footprint, we are looking for an independent, highly proactive IT Operations Specialist to serve as the technological backbone for our operations, with a critical focus on Tier-1 Security Monitoring and Compliance enforcement..

In this role, you will not just be "taking tickets." You will take on managing our Corporate IT lifecycle and serve as our Tier-1 Security Operations (SecOps) analyst. Operating in a "Follow-the-Sun" model, you will partner asynchronously with our Singapore-based Infrastructure team to ensure our EU team experiences zero-latency IT support, while actively enforcing our Zero Trust, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate IT & EU Office Operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for all Level-1 and Level-2 IT requests during EU business hours.

• Provide consistent and reliable local IT support to the German team.

• Manage the complete physical hardware lifecycle for the EU region: procurement, repairs, inventory tracking, and logistics.

• Execute IT onboarding and offboarding for EU personnel, ensuring new hires have Day-1 access and zero friction.

2. SaaS & Identity Administration

• Administer access, licensing, and RBAC configurations across our core SaaS stack (Google, Slack, Jira, Confluence).

• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) via Okta, handling secure password resets, MFA lockouts, and access requests.

3. Tier-1 Security Operations (SecOps) & Compliance

• Act as the first responder for daily security monitoring, including email quarantine triage and phishing simulation remediation.

• Administer our MDM (Hexnode) and Endpoint Detection & Response (CrowdStrike), actively monitoring for device drift, disabled agents, or out-of-date operating systems.

• Serve as the "Compliance Enforcer", proactively auditing staff to ensure mandatory security training is completed and policies are acknowledged.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or a high-tier Helpdesk role, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup.

• Technical Background: Strong hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting, Mobile Device Management (Hexnode, Jamf, or Intune), and Identity Providers (Okta, Google Workspace).

• Security Mindset: A foundational understanding of endpoint security, phishing triage, and the importance of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 / SOC 2).

• Independent Worker: You are comfortable reading SOPs, executing runbooks, and communicating clearly over Slack/Jira across a 6-hour timezone difference.

• Communication: You possess excellent communication skills and the professional confidence to gracefully enforce strict security policies across the team.
