Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Manager to lead our IT operations in Niedersachsen. You will manage data centre, network, security, and governance while guiding a small team and aligning IT with business objectives.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership in technical management, with a focus on budget control, risk assessment, and strategic problem solving. On-site collaboration is expected in Vechta.

Qualifikationen

• Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Experience with SAP, including implementation.
• Advance level in Microsoft tools (mainly Excel).
• High ability to solve problems.
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Jobbeschreibung

• Help with training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Maintain the integrity and security of the corporate network, servers, routers, hubs and switches.
• Install, configure, and maintain the appropriate software and hardware on all systems
• Lead the internal help desk to provide IT support to our employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Install, diagnose, and repair wired and wireless networks.
• Maintain logs of repairs, upgrades, and maintenance timeframes.
• Identify computer or network equipment deficiencies and communicate opportunities for improvement to Senior Management.
