Your job - to ensure good connections

• Participation in the development, design and implementation of business requirements in technical solutions and their implementation and commissioning in the AZURE cloud infrastructure
• Ensuring the operation of the AZURE infrastructure
• You configure and manage the MS Teams and SharePoint environment
• Service delivery of the versatile in‑house services, etc.
• User administration in the Microsoft O365 environment
• Client service – troubleshooting and solving technical problems
• Support and training for employees with IT problems
• Administration of the network infrastructure
• Administration of the virtual desktop infrastructure (AVD)
• Administration of industry‑specific software
• Administration and configuration of the hardware and software of the assets used in the company
• Monitoring the IT infrastructure and its further development
• On‑site support at our various locations in Friedrichsdorf and Fulda
• First and second level support
• Willingness for occasional business trips

Your profile that connects you with us

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) and/or a degree in (business) informatics, IT security or a comparable field of study
• Soft skills: analytical understanding, ability to work in a team and service mentality, structured and organizational work behaviour, time management and organisation, flexibility, initiative and willingness to learn
• Hard skills: Microsoft O365, server operating systems, handling hardware and software, Microsoft user administration, backup and recovery concepts, MS Cloud technologies, network topologies
• Optional: ITIL, IT security, project experience, Azure Virtual Desktop
