The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in managing large‑scale IT hardware lifecycle management, DaaS procurement, and end‑user computing solutions, along with strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. This is a key role that demands technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end execution of the DaaS program, including scoping, planning, implementation, and transition to operations.
  • Own the full lifecycle of end‑user devices — from procurement to deployment, management, and retirement.
  • Manage and streamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
  • Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle.
  • Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
  • Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration.
  • Ensure zero‑touch deployment and seamless end‑user onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.
  • Track and manage project budget, forecast hardware requirements, and report ROI.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities through optimized procurement and asset lifecycle management.
We offer
  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment.
