Overview
This role involves leading and delivering a full-scale Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) implementation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the DaaS program, including scoping, planning, implementation, and transition to operations.
- Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement to deployment, management, and retirement.
- Manage and streamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
- Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking.
- Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards.
- Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle.
- Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
- Responsible for preparing Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly review dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration.
- Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-user onboarding.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.
- Track and manage project budget, forecast hardware requirements, and report ROI.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized procurement and asset lifecycle management.
