Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting FSC’s IT Business applications and ERP system.
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting, and upgrades in collaboration with IT service providers.
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements; participate in project development and upgrades.
- Support application configuration, testing, and documentation for changes and new modules.
- Provide user training and support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage incidents, bugs, and service requests related to FSC’s applications, using specialist skills like ERP System Administration, Personio, Microsoft Office 365, DevOps SharePoint, Drupal, and Dynamics CRM.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and improve system functionalities.
Your Profile
Education: University degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; ITIL certification.
Experience & Skills: Experience supporting IT applications and ERP modules; training end users; proficiency in Microsoft DevOps; detail-oriented; analytical problem-solving skills; ability to multitask.
Languages: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
