Delve Search - Global Search Consultants is supporting a high-technology manufacturer in Berlin to appoint an IT Applications & ERP Team Lead responsible for delivering an ABAS ERP transformation. This role focuses on leading the ERP programme, collaborating with external partners and Key Users, while guiding a small internal Applications team.

You will drive the change across manufacturing and engineering, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system,

I'm currently supporting a high-technology manufacturer in the search for an IT Applications & ERP Team Lead. The role has been created to take ownership of the company's enterprise applications environment, with the immediate priority being the delivery of a business-critical ABAS ERP transformation.

This isn't a role focused on maintaining existing systems. You'll be responsible for leading the ERP programme, working with external implementation partners and Key Users across the business, whilst managing a small internal Applications team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ABAS ERP transformation programme.
• Manage external implementation partners.
• Chair the ERP steering committee.
• Work closely with Key Users across Manufacturing, Engineering and other business functions.
• Lead and develop the Applications team.
• Support the wider enterprise applications landscape, including Salesforce.
• Help shape future business systems projects following completion of the ERP programme.

We're looking to speak with people who have:

• Experience leading ERP or enterprise applications within a manufacturing environment.
• A background delivering ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work across both technical and operational teams.

Previous experience with ABAS would be beneficial, but it isn't essential. Experience with other manufacturing ERP platforms is equally relevant.
