Zusammenfassung

IDEALworks GmbH is seeking an IT Administrator to manage and secure our Microsoft 365 ecosystem and network infrastructure. You will support IT security, compliance, and continuous improvement across our internal systems.

We expect 2–4 years of IT administration experience and hands-on work with M365, Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management. The role allows hybrid work with a modern, collaborative environment in Munich.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional training and experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in IT administration, IT operations, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile device administration, including enterprise Linux environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and network security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.
• Nice to have: Experience with virtualization technologies, backup solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and ISO 27001 compliance.
