Zusammenfassung

Idealworks, headquartered in Munich, is seeking an IT Administrator to join our collaborative IT team. You will manage Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, network infrastructure, and virtualized servers, while supporting IT security, compliance, and continuous improvements across our internal systems.

Bring 2–4 years of IT ops experience, strong Microsoft 365 Entra ID and Intune skills, and a solid grasp of enterprise networking.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent professional training and experience.
• 2–4 years of IT administration, IT operations, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile device administration, including enterprise Linux environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and network security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work effectively in agile environments.
• Nice to have: Experience with virtualization technologies, backup solutions, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.


• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile device administration, including enterprise Linux environments.
