Position Overview

We are an efficient and future-oriented social security service provider with more than 3,600 employees. As a regional provider of German pension insurance, we are responsible for the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate. At our Landshut and Munich locations, we are a competent and reliable point of contact for around 2.9 million insured persons, employers and 1 million pensioners.

To strengthen our IT department, which currently has around 150 employees, we are looking for an IT administrator with a focus on training, starting immediately at our location in Landshut or Munich.

Responsibilities during training
  • Practical training of junior staff on the Business Informatics degree course and in the IT specialist system integration apprenticeship
  • Creation and release of learning media, e.g. creation and maintenance of instructional videos
  • Training, assessment and promotion of junior staff
  • Independent monitoring and review of completed tasks and projects
  • Participation in welcome events and introductory seminars
  • Implementation and supervision of certain situational projects
Administrative responsibilities
  • Server operating systems (Windows / Linux)
  • Relational database systems (Oracle / MS SQL Server)
  • Directory services and IAM systems (Microsoft AD / LDAP)
  • Public key infrastructure (PKI)
  • Planning, design and operation of complex network environments
  • Installation, maintenance and operation of server applications
  • Automation using scripting languages
  • Operation of container orchestration environments
Profile
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable field of study, alternatively
  • Successfully completed further training in the field of IT
  • Relevant experience in the field of IT
  • Experience in both areas of responsibility (training of junior IT staff and administration) required
  • Knowledge of the effects of demographic change on the IT training of junior staff
  • Willingness to provide the required proof of vocational and occupational pedagogical knowledge in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance, if it is not available - within a reasonable period of time
