To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as IT Administrator (m / f / d) in the areas of 1st & 2nd level support and / or as Linux Pro.

Your tasks

• 1st level support:
  • Processing of IT support requests (approx. 30-minute jobs)
  • Support for Windows clients
  • Support with simple server tasks
• 2nd level support:
  • Solution of more complex IT problems
  • Administration of Windows clients and servers
  • Basic work on firewalls and switches
• Linux Pro:
  • Administration of Linux systems, mainly Debian
  • Support of virtualization environments (Proxmox, containers)
  • Maintenance and optimization of Nextcloud systems
  • Planning and implementation of virtualization solutions

We wish

• Sound knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
• Experience with firewalls and network technologies (switches)
• In-depth knowledge of Linux systems and virtualization (Optional)
• Solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of customer contact
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills
• Fluent German language skills; flawless command of written and spoken German

Place of residence

We are looking for an employee who lives in the Darmstadt / Heppenheim / Weinheim / Mannheim / Heidelberg area.
