Employment Type

Job Overview
Are you more than an IT nerd and enjoy complex system landscapes, interfaces and automation? Do you think in terms of end‑to‑end processes, keep an eye on security and want to actively help shape our systems instead of just "looking after" them? Then we are looking for you as an IT administrator in the Application and Data Management team (m / f / d).
The Cteam operates from Ummendorf in southern Germany and is represented by ten other locations throughout Germany, as well as subsidiaries in Austria, France and Luxembourg. Around 1,700 people from over 61 nations work in the group of companies.
What We Offer
- Bonus scheme, 13th monthly salary in the form of a Christmas bonus
- Working at eye level, informal culture throughout the company
- Targeted induction program for new employees: Onboarding, individual induction plans
- Company pension scheme and group accident insurance from day one
- Health measures: Supplementary health insurance or company fitness (EGYM Wellpass)
- The chance to actively shape the future and targeted training opportunities
What You Can Expect
- Designing and implementing integrations between our core systems – you will connect SAP, ELO and Microsoft 365 to create end‑to‑end, automated processes
- Building and developing automation solutions with our low‑code platforms: Lobster_data for data integration, Power Platform for workflows and user apps
- Design of our Enterprise Service Management in Matrix42 – from process modelling and the service catalogue to workflows and asset management
- Further development of our DMS landscape (ELO ECM): optimising document flows, digital approvals and archiving processes and adapting them to departmental requirements
- Working closely with specialist departments as a technical sparring partner – understanding requirements, translating them into solutions and implementing them independently
- Operating and maintaining the solutions developed by you and the team – you take responsibility for what you build
Your Requirements
- Completed studies in the IT environment or comparable training with several years of experience in system integration or application support – no entry‑level job
- Experience with low‑code / no‑code platforms and the ability to think and implement processes in these tools
- Understanding of ERP‑supported business processes (purchasing, logistics, finance) – you don't need to be an SAP consultant, but you do need to know how operational processes work
- Experience with interfaces and data flows between applications – whether API, file‑based or middleware
- Structured, independent way of working and enjoy advising specialist departments and developing solutions together
- Very good knowledge of German and a class B driver's license
- Nice‑to‑have:
- Experience with ELO ECM or comparable DMS / archive systems
- Knowledge of Matrix42 or other enterprise service management platforms
- Practice with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (SQL, PowerShell, Python) – not a must, but helpful for more complex integrations
