For our International Clients team in Munich, we are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Professional (m/f/d) - International Clients to join us at the earliest possible date.
In this role, you will contribute to expanding our institutional investor network across key European markets.
You will work closely with colleagues across Investor Relations and other internal teams to strengthen existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the successful fundraising of our alternative investment strategies.

Please note that fluency in both English and French is essential for this role due to regular interaction with French-speaking investors and prospects.

Your responsibility

• Support relationship management and fundraising activities across key European markets while working closely with institutional investors and prospects.
• Prepare and coordinate client meetings, roadshows, pitches, due diligence sessions, and reporting meetings.
• Create high quality client materials and presentations for fundraising initiatives and investor communications.
• Respond independently and efficiently to investor requests and coordinate follow up activities across internal stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding of new investors and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage investor related events and communications, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Act as a key interface between Investor Relations and internal teams to facilitate an efficient flow of information and seamless collaboration.
• Contribute to strategic client interactions, key meetings, and selected fundraising initiatives in close collaboration with the broader Investor Relations team.

Your Profile

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• You bring relevant professional experience in investor relations, institutional sales, fundraising, placement, asset management, private markets, or investment banking.
• You have a solid understanding of capital markets, alternative investments, and asset management. Exposure to private credit strategies would be a strong advantage.
• You have excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• You have strong written communication skills and the ability to create visually compelling presentations.
• You are fluent in English and French. Additional language skills, such as Spanish, Italian, or a Nordic language, are considered an advantage.
• German language skills are beneficial but not required.
• You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced international environment.
• You work independently, in a structured and detail oriented manner, while maintaining a strong team orientation.
