We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will support the coverage of the DACH region, Benelux, the Nordics, and the UK, with a particular focus on all German-speaking regions. Depending on their background, the candidate may also support additional geographies. Furthermore, the candidate will occasionally conduct market research and prepare marketing materials. This role involves on-the-job training from a seasoned team, complemented by opportunities for external learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting by email and telephone to potential clients autonomously to support senior colleagues in their fundraising efforts.
- Supporting the partners in the preparation and follow-up of investor meetings.
- Planning roadshows and coordinating fundraising activities.
- Coordinating and following up on inquiries with the General Partners (GPs).
Market Research
- Conducting market analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Expanding the firm’s reach by identifying potential investors.
- Performing market research to identify potential managers who meet the investment needs of our contacts.
Management of Fundraising Campaigns
- Maintaining and updating the investor database.
- Contributing to the further development of internal processes to increase efficiency.
- Tracking interactions with potential investors and GPs.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with investors and GPs.
Marketing and Due Diligence
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, both for the firm itself and for GPs.
- Supporting GPs during due diligence processes with potential investors.
- Organizing and coordinating conference attendances for the partners and GPs, as well as attending conferences independently.
Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in German, with fluency in English. Additional European languages are a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are considered a plus.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales development, or capital formation in the finance industry, gained at an asset manager, placement agent, or in similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extended willingness to travel extensively across covered regions.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
