The Team:
The Investor Relations Legal & Regulatory Analyst will provide vital support to the Investor Relations team by ensuring that all legal, contractual, and regulatory aspects of investor communication are meticulously managed. This role involves conducting in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing contractual documents, maintaining legal databases, and staying constantly informed of legal and regulatory changes that could impact the Investor Relations team. This role will act as the bridge between Investor Relations and Legal team: while reporting to Investor Relations, will coordinate regularly with the internal legal department.
