YZR Capital, based in Munich, is building a leading HealthTech investment platform with rapid AuM growth. We seek an Investment Manager to drive the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing to deal execution, while shaping the future of health tech across Europe.

You will develop investment theses, prepare materials for decisions, and engage with portfolio companies on strategic topics. German and English proficiency are expected as you join a fast-paced, founder-focused team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong entrepreneurial, analytical, and curious mindset.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Hands-on exposure to investment processes including sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Enthusiasm for new business models in health tech.
• High motivation, initiative, and collaborative spirit with strong communication skills.
• English proficiency and good knowledge of German (B2+).

Aufgaben

• Drive the investment process end-to-end from sourcing to evaluation, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Prepare materials for internal decision-making and investor communication.
• Develop and pressure-test investment theses in focus areas and translate sector deep dives into actionable pipeline.
• Engage with portfolio companies on strategic and operational topics.
• Strengthen YZR's platform through research, tooling, and internal initiatives; help build the founder and co-investor network.
• Support the GPs on internal projects.

• Operating out of Munich, our portfolio spans Europe and the US, with investments across 10 countries
• The team is responsible for several lighthouse transactions in the sector, such as Biorce and Scan

Tasks

As an Investment Manager you will be working in an entrepreneurial setting, contributing across the entire investment lifecycle and playing a role in shaping the future of health tech in Europe. In this role, you will:

• Drive the investment process end‑to‑end together with one of our partners, from sourcing to evaluation, due diligence, and deal execution
• Prepare materials for internal decision‑making and investor communication
• Develop and pressure‑test investment theses in our focus areas, and translate sector deep dives into actionable pipeline
• Engage with portfolio companies on strategic and operational topics
• Strengthen YZR's platform through research, tooling, and internal initiatives, and help build our network of founders and co‑investors
• Support the GPs on internal projects

Requirements
