GOLDBECK SOLAR seeks an Investment Manager (m/f/d) to lead complex financing and M&A transactions across Europe and North America, supporting growth of its international renewable energy platform.

You will evaluate opportunities, build financial models, and collaborate with banks, investors, and internal teams from project development to asset management.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in Project Finance, Investment Management, Corporate Finance or M&A within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully executing complex financing and M&A transactions.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• CFA designation or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic international business environment.

• Lead financing and M&A activities for renewable energy projects across Europe and North America.
• Evaluate solar, storage and infrastructure projects using advanced financial models and valuation methodologies.
• Structure and execute project financing solutions in collaboration with banks, investors and financial partners.
• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage all phases of M&A transactions, including LOIs, SPAs, SHAs and related agreements.
• Identify, assess and pursue attractive investment and partnership opportunities to support business growth.
• Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project development, asset management, PPA and finance teams throughout the investment lifecycle.

Join our Investment Team and play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy. As an Investment Manager (m/f/d), you will lead complex financing and M&A transactions across Europe and North America, evaluate investment opportunities, and support the growth of a rapidly expanding international renewable energy platform. From project financing and acquisitions to portfolio optimization and strategic transactions, you will be involved in the full investment lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy assets.

Tasks:

1. Lead financing and M&A activities for renewable energy projects across Europe and North America

Profile:

1. Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field

4. Proven track record of successfully executing complex financing and M&A transactions
5. Solid understanding of renewable energy markets and investment structures
6. Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills
7. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills
8. Fluent German and English language skills
9. Additional language skills such as Polish, Russian or Ukrainian are a plus
10. CFA designation or other relevant professional certifications are advantageous
11. Ability to work independently in a dynamic international business environment
