• Transaction Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of transaction execution, from initial screening and detailed financial modeling to valuation, due diligence, and negotiation of investment terms.
• Financial Analysis: Direct the development of sophisticated financial models, conducting thorough risk assessments and return analyses for potential investments.
• Due Diligence Management: Oversee and coordinate external advisors (legal, technical, commercial) during the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive risk identification and mitigation.
