You will be responsible for end-to-end deal execution and enhancing portfolio value. Qualifikationen

The Opportunity

As Investment Director / Investment Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing and scaling the private equity arm. Working closely with the founding partners, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end deal execution and ongoing portfolio value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Origination: Identify and evaluate attractive mid-market investment opportunities across Germany.
• Execution: Lead financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, and negotiation of transactions.
• Investment Thesis Development: Build actionable investment hypotheses and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Portfolio Management: Work directly with management teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and M&A.
• Network Building: Develop relationships with advisors, entrepreneurs, and intermediaries to build a proprietary deal pipeline.

Requirements
