b2venture is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the Direct Investments Team across investment analysis, investor engagement and transaction execution. Work will involve sourcing opportunities, market research, due diligence and portfolio monitoring, with a pathway to broader responsibilities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English and German, and a passion for technology and entrepreneurship.

Formación

• Excellent academic track record.
• Initial relevant experience through internships or up to two years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and genuine curiosity for technology and entrepreneurship.
• Independent thinking, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with founders and investors.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Experience with financial modelling, data analysis, coding, automation or AI tools is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with the members of b2venture’s angel investor community, understand their investment preferences, and communicate potential investment opportunities
• Prepare investor conversations and maintain reliable company and investor data
• Identify suitable matches between investment opportunities and our investor community
• Support investor outreach and track interest, questions and commitments
• Support syndication, closing and portfolio monitoring
• Represent b2venture at selected founder, investor and technology events
• You will initially own clearly defined workstreams and gradually take on broader responsibilities as your capabilities develop.

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to support our team across investment analysis, investor engagement and transaction execution.

Your role

• Source and screen new investment opportunities
• Research markets, technologies and business models
• Prepare company analyses and investment materials and support due diligence
