Job Description

In order to support our team at Airbus Defence and Space, we are looking for an Intern (d/f/m) within Airbus Procurement Processes, Governance and Performance Management. • Location: Taufkirchen / Ottobrunn (Munich)
• Start: 01.11.2026 or later
• Duration: 6 months (mandatory)

We are an integrated team from all Airbus divisions (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopters) and are located at eight different Airbus sites. As an intern you will acquire an overview of the Airbus Procurement organization, its processes and governance. You will learn details on our Business Management System, human rights and environmental aspects within the supply chain as well as improving the departments internal communication and performance reporting.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

We are offering a challenging and rewarding internship in Munich/Taufkirchen. You will be supporting the Procurement Processes, Governance and Performance Team on the daily business and on the following dedicated projects:

• Update and develop a digitalization concept of the Procurement Organization Manual
• Development of an eLearning, awareness sessions and company-internal communication
• Cleansing and update of Business Requirements and gap closure
• Performance Reporting and KPI generation
• T eam training organization

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Business Management/Administration, Communication, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal/Compliance, Information Technology or similar field of study.
• High level of autonomy and drive (you will however be supported by a tutor from the department)
• Good communication skills with an open-minded and proactive attitude
• Desire to create and foster your own network within the company
• Self-organized
• Project management skills, a certification or at least a high interest in managing projects
• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing) as the business language is English
• German, French or Spanish will be a plus
