Job summary

CTS EVENTIM in Hamburg is seeking a proactive professional to join the Transformation Management Office, working at the intersection of strategy, tech and change. You will coordinate multiple transformation streams and take ownership of substreams such as communication and change management company-wide.

You will regularly collaborate with senior leadership, contribute ideas, structure information, and drive tangible outcomes, with English fluency and German as a plus.

• First experience or high interest in transformation, change or program management.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a confident and professional manner.
