YOUR TASKS

As part of your internship you will support our team in the development of modern software solutions and data-driven applications. Your responsibilities will include:

• FrontendDevelopment: Youdevelop modern and user-friendly web interfaces using React or Angular and contribute to creating intuitive user experiences.
• BackendDevelopment: Youimplement backend functionalities in Python using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask and support the development of scalable application architectures.
• APIIntegration: You designand develop REST API endpoints for data processing and automation while ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• DataManagement: You workwith PostgreSQL and other relational databases to store, manage, and optimize application data.
• SystemIntegration: You ensure reliable, efficient, and secure data exchange across different application components and support the maintenance of existing data flows.
• LinuxEnvironment Support: You use Linux-based development environments for software development, testing, and deployment and assist in troubleshooting environment-related issues.
• SoftwareQuality: You contributeto debugging activities, code reviews, and continuous improvements to enhancesoftware quality and application performance.

• EnrolledStudent: You arecurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science,Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Your finalexamination or degree completion must not yet have taken place, as validstudent status is required for the entire duration of the internship, workingstudent position, or thesis project.
• ProgrammingSkills: You havepractical experience in Python for backend development and are familiar withfrontend technologies such as React or Angular.
• APIKnowledge: Youunderstand REST APIs and have a solid understanding of how frontend and backendsystems communicate.
• DatabaseExperience: You haveexperience working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
• LinuxKnowledge: You arecomfortable working in a Linux development environment or are highly motivatedto quickly develop these skills.
• CommunicationSkills: You possessgood communication skills in English. German language skills are considered anadvantage.
• PersonalCompetencies: You are aproactive, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and apassion for learning and applying new technologies.
• WorkingStyle: You demonstrateinitiative, reliability, and a structured approach to completing tasks in aninternational development environment.
