Job summary

Henkel Ltda in Düsseldorf offers an internship in Product Development for adhesives and sealants. You will develop and evaluate formulations in the lab, support projects through formulation, testing, and end-capping, and plan experiments within defined project scopes.

You will perform adhesion, mechanical and rheological testing, analyze results, and help implement digital lab workflows while presenting findings to technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, materials science, or related field.
• First lab experience from research projects or internships.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.
• Interest in formulation science and product development.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• High affinity for digital tools and modern ways of working.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Join our Product Development team in Düsseldorf and develop innovative sealant technologies. This internship combines hands‑on experience in industrial R&D, laboratory work in formulation development and testing with the implementation of modern digital laboratory workflows. You'll work on a defined development project while supporting ongoing innovation activities.
