Job summary

Henkel is seeking an enthusiastic packaging intern in Düsseldorf to support developing and implementing innovative packaging solutions for Hair Professional brands. You will translate technology, market and consumer insights into targeted concepts and product specifications.

Collaborate with marketing, design, supply chain and suppliers to enable on-time delivery; review technical specs with packaging engineers and support Henkel’s sustainability agenda.

Qualifications

• Degree in packaging, chemical/mechanical/biochemical engineering or similar with master's.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

About this Position

Support the development and implementation of creative and innovative packaging solutions for various Hair Professional Brands conforming to the highest international standards and quality, functionality, cost, sustainability, market, safety, regulatory and legal requirements.

What you´ll do

• Translate technology, market and consumer insights into targeted concepts and product specifications
• Partner with internal and external functions, such as international marketing unit, product design, supply chain, plant manufacturing, consumer insights and agencies to enable product and innovation delivery on time
• Establish and review technical specifications and reports together with packaging engineers
• Support Henkel’s sustainability agenda
• Keep abreast of and actively search for packaging trends and relevant new technology/materials that may lead to a competitive advantage
• Interpret and challenge effectively the analysis of technical data

We offer you an attractive salary between€1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends onthe desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) andexisting degrees.
