Job summary

Henkel is offering an internship in marketing within Düsseldorf, Germany. The role supports brand teams with development and execution of marketing and digital initiatives, contributing to campaigns, content creation, social activations and local materials.

You will coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and help prepare presentations and toolkits for local stakeholders in a collaborative international marketing setting.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, media & communication or related field.
• Initial practical experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, social media, content creation or communications is a plus.
• Strong interest in FMCG, consumer brands, beauty and personal care products; passion for digital trends and engagement.
• Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and digital marketing technologies is advantageous.
• Affinity for digital tools and platforms; experience with social media, analytics or content creation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and proactive way of working.

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Support one of our international Hair &Body brand teams with the development and execution of brand communication anddigital marketing initiatives
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaignsby helping create content, social media activations, campaign assets andcommunication materials for local markets

We offer you an attractive salary between€1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends onthe desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) andexisting degrees.
