Continental's HR team in Hanover-Stöcken invites a highly motivated student to join a 6-month internship starting ASAP. You will gain practical insights into talent development, employer branding, digitalization, and a range of HR topics in an international setting.

You will work hybrid with occasional remote work, driving tasks in global HR projects, shaping learning initiatives for employees worldwide, and creating impactful presentations and analyses while supporting workshops and trainings.

Qualifikationen

• Students (m/f/diverse) in Business Administration or comparable degree programs with a focus on Human Resource Management
• Initial experience or strong interest in Human Resources
• Proficient in using the MS Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Job Description

Kick-start your HR career with us! In our HR team in Hanover-Stöcken, you'll gain practical insights into talent development, employer branding, digitalization, and many other exciting HR topics.

Start as soon as possible in a 6-month internship. A combination of mandatory and voluntary internship periods is possible, and partial remote work can be arranged.

Qualifications
