Job summary

Henkel in Düsseldorf invites talented business students to join our six-month internship starting January 2027. You will support sustainability initiatives, assist in cross-functional coordination, and help develop communications for internal and external audiences.

Ideal candidates are in early semesters of business studies, have strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel), and fluent English. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Student who has successfully completed first semesters of business-related studies.
• Internship experience Beneficial (practical or international).
• MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Support implementation of our sustainability strategy and roadmap.
• Support new concept and capabilities development to meet stakeholder expectations related to sustainability challenges.
• Conduct market and competitor research related to sustainability.

• Practical or international experience e.g., by former internships or a semester abroad is beneficial
• Fluent English skills, German and other languages are advantageous

• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
